The River Crew is a family-run Kenai River fishing guide service operating out of Soldotna, Alaska. Their previous site ran on WordPress + Salient + Elementor Pro, with bookings handed off to FareHarbor — a stack that worked but was slow, hard to maintain, and didn’t leave room for the curated trip + lodging packages they actually wanted to sell.
We rebuilt the entire stack on Astro + Cloudflare Workers, with a Supabase Postgres backend, a magic-link admin dashboard, and a custom faceted booking experience that pulls live availability from FareHarbor while letting Adam manage his own trip pricing, photography, and content from a clean editor.
