Marketing compounds. The fifth month is always more productive than the first because the foundation is in place. We do project work for one-off websites, but ongoing marketing is always retainer — it's the only way to get the compounding.

What are 'pooled hours'?

Each retainer tier buys you a pool of hours per month. We don't lock those hours to specific deliverables — one month you might need 10 hours of SEO and 5 hours of social, next month 4 of each. The plan flexes with what's actually moving your numbers. Unused hours don't roll over.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Retainers are month-to-month with 30 days notice. We'd rather earn the relationship than trap you in it.

Do you work with businesses outside Alaska?

Yes — about a third of our clients are Lower 48 or Canadian. But Alaska is our specialty and where we add the most value. If you're looking for a Lower 48 agency, there are plenty of good ones; if you want one that knows the difference between a king and a coho, we're your team.

What payment methods do you accept?

ACH and credit card (Visa, MC, Amex). Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Project work is typically 50% deposit / 50% on launch.

Yes, with 30 days notice. We'll tell you when we think you're ready to move up — and when we think you should pause or move down. We're not in the business of keeping you on a plan that's not earning.
