We try to keep it accurate, but search engines, platforms, and best practices change, and nothing here is a promise of a particular result. Client work
Anything we build or manage for a client is governed by a separate written agreement between us and that client. Retainers run month-to-month, or for a set term if the client wants one. That agreement, not this page, sets the scope, the schedule, and what each side owes.
Links to other sites
We link to client sites, tools, and other people's writing. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for what they publish or how they behave.
Changes
We can update these terms. The current version lives on this page with the date at the top, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, and any dispute about them is handled in the Alaska courts.
